This well presented family house is situated in the pleasant coastal area of Skinburness. The property which benefits from a gas fired central heating system and double glazing briefly comprises to the ground floor entrance hall, a spacious lounge/dining room, kitchen and conservatory. The coastal hamlet of Skinburness is situated approximately 1 mile from the town of Silloth, which is located on the northern Solway coast. The town of Silloth is approximately 12 miles from Wigton, approximately 25 miles from the border city of Carlisle and approximately 16 miles from the Lake District National Park. Silloth offers amenities to include churches, a range of shops, doctors surgery, hairdressers, 18 hole golf course of other facilities.

The kitchen has a modern range of base and wall units, single drainer sink unit and plumbing for a washing machine and a door leading to the good sized conservatory which is a feature of the property and has double glazed windows and door leading to the well stocked garden. To the first floor there is a storage cupboard on the landing and access by ladder to the part boarded loft. The landing gives access to the three bedrooms and the family bathroom. There are two double bedrooms both with mirror fronted wardrobes and a single bedroom. The family bathroom has a modern suite comprising bath with electric shower over, low level wc and wash hand basin. To the outside there are gardens to the front, side and rear, a garden store and a drive leading to the garage.
