The utility room has a wall unit housing the gas fired boiler, base units, plumbing for washing machine, radiator, part tiled walls, extractor fan and door to rear garden. The cloakroom wc has a wc, wash hand basin radiator, extractor fan and part tiled walls. To the first floor landing there is a recessed cupboard, radiator and loft access. the master bedroom has a radiator, double glazed window, wall lights with dual switches, telephone point and television aerial point. The three further bedrooms each have radiators, double glazed windows and television aerial points. The family bathroom/wc has a three piece white suite comprising panelled bath with shower attachment, wash hand basin, wc, shower cubicle, double glazed window, radiator, extractor fan, downlights and part tiled walls.
