"A three bedroom semi detached house with gardens and garage. This unfurnished property is available for immediate occupation, has the benefit of gas central heating and double glazing. Situated within a popular residential area of Whitehaven the accommodation is handily placed for local schools, shops and services as well as travel to and from the major local employment centres of the area.

ACCOMMODATION ENTRANCE HALL: Double glazed door and radiator.
LOUNGE: Double glazed window, t.v point, telephone point, gas fire and radiator.
KITCHEN/DINER: Range of wall and base units, inset stainless steel sink unit, double glazed door and window, electric cooker and plumbing for washing machine.
BATHROOM: Double glazed window, bath with shower over, wash hand basin, W.C and radiator.
BEDROOM: Double in size, double glazed window, fitted units and radiator.
BEDROOM: Double in size, double glazed window, fitted units and radiator.
BEDROOM: Single in size, double glazed window, fitted units and radiator. EXTERNALLY Externally there are gardens to the front and rear, a driveway and garage. FACILITIES Heating is by way of gas central heating with a gas fire in the lounge. DIRECTIONS From Lowther Street follow the one way system around the town centre and get into the left hand lane next to the Police Station. Continue passing the Civic Hall and Morrisons and go straight ahead at the traffic lights. At the next traffic lights go straight ahead and get into the left hand lane signposted Cleator Moor. At the mini roundabout turn left and travel up Hensingham Main Street. At the next mini roundabout turn left and left again next to St Benedict's School. Turn left and follow the road around the corner taking the next right onto Jubilee Road. Take the second left and left again onto Winchester Drive. The property can be found further along on the left hand side. THE RENT The rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis, in advance, and excludes all charges for Services, Council Tax etc. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit will be paid by the tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, equivalent to six weeks full rent which will be returned at the end of the tenancy providing there is no damage, the Inventory is correct and there are no rent arrears.
