Cambridge Road is a two bedroom semi detached house which has accommodation to include an entrance hall with radiator, telephone point and a double glazed access door. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units incorporating a single drainer sink, plumbing for washing machine, tiled flooring, electric cooker point, radiator, double glazed access door to the side of the property and a tilt and turn sliding patio door to the rear garden with side panel. To the first floor the landing has a double glazed window and loft access. Both bedroom shave radiators and double glazed windows with the master bedroom having a recessed storage cupboard. The bathroom has a three piece suite comprising bath, wash hand basin, wc, tiled walls, double glazed window and a radiator.



Directions :-

Heading out of Whitehaven along Inkerman Terrace proceed across at the traffic lights and bear left to the junction at Ribton Moorside. Proceed up to the roundabout and take the second exit and third left turn into Lincoln Road. Take the first right onto Cambridge Road and continue to the junction taking the left hand turning and the property can be found on the immediate right hand side.
