"With views overlooking Castle Park, this apartment enjoys the peaceful surroundings whilst being a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre. This two bedroomed unfurnished apartment is available for viewings NOW!!

ACCOMMODATION ENTRANCE HALL: Electric heater and acess to loft which is boarded and has power installed.
BEDROOM: Double in size, double glazed window and built in storage space and units.
BEDROOM: Single in size, double glazed window, electric heater and built in storage space.
BATHROOM: W.C, wash hand basin, bath with shower over, built in storage space and electric heater.
LOUNGE: Two double glazed windows with views to Castle Park, telephone point, television point and electric heater.
KITCHEN: Double glazed window, instet stainless steel sink unit, range of wall and base units, plumbing for washing machine, electric double oven, ceramic hob and extractor hood. FACILITIES Heating is by way of electric heating. DIRECTIONS From Grisdales office, in Lowther Street follow the one way system around the town and get into the left hand lane next to the Police Station. At the traffic lights turn left to travel passed the Civic Hall. At the box junction turn left onto Catherine Street ans Solomon Court can be found further along the road on the right hand side. THE RENT The rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis, in advance, and excludes all charges for Services, Council Tax etc. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit will be paid by the tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, equivalent to six weeks full rent which will be returned at the end of the tenancy providing there is no damage, the Inventory is correct and there are no rent arrears. COUNCIL TAX We understand that the property has been allocated to Band A. MAINTENANCE CHARGE A maintenance fee of ?85.00 is payable twice yearly to the Landlord. Should the Tenant reside at the property for less than one year this cose would be apportioned out. CONTENTS INSURANCE It is a condition of your tenancy that you obtain Contents Insurance for your possessions throughout the duration of your occupation of the property.
