The conservatory has french doors leading to the garden, laminate tile effect flooring and a radiator. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units with sink unit, two double glazed windows, built in electric oven and gas hob, radiator, tiled splashbacks and plumbing for dishwasher. A door leads to the utility area which has a wall unit and a recessed cupboard housing plumbing for a washing machine, radiator and an access door to the garage. To the first floor the landing has loft access, a radiator, a recessed cupboard and a double glazed window. The master bedroom has a double glazed window, radiator, television aerial point, telephone point and a door leading to the en-suite which has a double shower cubicle, wc, wash hand basin, part tiled walls, radiator and a double glazed window. There are three further bedrooms each with radiators and double glazed windows and the family bathroom has a three piece suite comprising panelled bath with shower over, wash hand basin and wc, part tiled walls, double glazed window and a radiator.
