Maple Close is a desirable complex built in 2002 in the Town of Sedbergh. These apartments are conveniently located, within walking distance to the local amenities and the new Spar and Health Centre. Sedbergh is situated within the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The neighbouring historical Town of Kirkby Lonsdale is also close by, as well as Kendal 10 miles away and junction 37 of the M6 within 5 miles. Number 14 is located on the first floor, accessed from a secure communal hallway. Internally the apartment is immaculately presented, with a fresh and modern feel throughout. There are two double bedrooms, both looking out over the front of the building. The bathroom is fully fitted with a shower cubicle, bath, W.C and wash hand basin. Off the hall is a useful good sized storage cupboard and access to the loft space. The kitchen opens out onto the dining area which then leads into the lounge, creating an open spacious living space.
