"INTRODUCTION This extended semi-detached house provides generous, flexible accommodation over two floors. The property also benefits from a potential ground floor annexe with shower room. It will be of particular interest to those purchasing with extended family and those wishing to personalise to their own specifications.  

ACCOMMODATION The garden path leads to the entrance porch. There is also a path and steps to the entrance porch from the side garden and parking area.
From the hallway there are stairs leading to the first floor and access to the three ground floor reception rooms.

Hallgarth is located close to open fields and country walks to Burneside and Cunswick Scar. There is easy access to local secondary and primary schools, a regular bus route into Kendal and all the amenities it has to offer. There are good links to the Lakes and Kendal bypass.
