"A well laid out two bedroom flat located close to the town centre and perfect for either a permanent home, a lock up and go holiday residence, or a rental investment.

The flat is accessed from the front street with a private entrance behind which there are stairs rising to the first floor. The landing then provides access to all the living accommodation comprising of a living room, two double bedrooms, a fitted kitchen, and a bathroom.

Each of the rooms are spacious and the flat is full of natural light from the double glazed sash style windows looking out onto an open field. While there is no outside space, the town centre is a short 10 minute walk into the town centre where you can enjoy the full range of amenities that Kendal has to offer with it s many shops bars and restaurants.

The Lake District National Park is a short drive away and the M6 within easy reach. Oxenholme Rail Station links the town with the West Coast Line.

Kitchen The kitchen is well equipped and has a wide range of cabinets at wall and base level and with contrasting work surfaces over. Integral appliances include an inset stainless steel sink and drainer, electric oven , 4 ring gas hob with extractor over, and an integrated fridge and freezer. There is space and plumbing for a washing machine and space for tumble dryer. You also find the gas fired boiler in the kitchen.
