"INTRODUCTION The true extent of this detached 3 bedroom bungalow cannot be fully appreciated from outside and requires an internal inspection. Its beautiful rear garden is a real bonus and the property has been extended and vastly improved by the current vendors, making this a versatile and comfortable home presented to a high standard.  

ACCOMMODATION The property is entered via a UPVC double glazed entrance door into the entrance hall with attractive parquet flooring, meter cupboard and radiator. A cupboard houses the Vaillant gas fired boiler and has plumbing also for a washing machine.

DIRECTIONS Leave Kendal heading South (A6) along Milnthorpe Road passing Kendal College on the right hand side. At the traffic lights proceed straight on and continue up and over the hill passing the Stonecross Hotel. Take the next left into Kent Park Avenue and at the junction turn right into Bellingham Rd. Proceed along bearing around to the left and continue to the bottom of the road bear sharp left and the property can be found on the right hand side. 

LOCATION Kendal is known as the Gateway to the Lakes and is located easily from junction 36 or 37 of the M6 motorway. Kendal train station links to Windermere Station and Oxenholme Station services London Euston.

The Bellingham Road area has always proved popular with families and retired persons being located a short distance from Primary and Kirkbie Kendal Secondary Schools. Asda and the town centre are close and Westmorland General Hospital and Oxenholme Station approximately a mile away.
