"INTRODUCTION This surprisingly spacious 3 bedroom semi detached bungalow occupies a generous plot on this popular development. It boasts practically a level walk to shops, doctors and bus service and has been lovingly maintained and updated to provide an easily managed home with potential to extend. There is parking to driveway and garage. 

ACCOMMODATION Entering the hall via a UPVC double glazed window there is to be found a useful storage cupboard housing the Vaillant gas fired boiler . Radiator fitted.

The sizeable lounge diner is L shaped and is light and airy having a dual aspect from UPVC double glazed windows to both the side and front. A gas fire set in marble with ornate surround provides a focal point for the room and there are also 2 radiators fitted and television aerial point.

At the traffic lights take a left onto Heron Hill and continue along this road and down the hill into Hayfell Avenue, As the road levels out the property can be found on the right hand side. 

LOCATION Kendal is known as the Gateway to the Lakes and is located easily from junction 36 or 37 off the M6 motorway. Kendal train station links to Windermere Station and Oxenholme Station services London Euston.

The Heron Hill development is located on the Southern fringes of Kendal with doctors, shops, supermarket, train station, primary and secondary schools all within close proximity. Access to the M6 motorway is a short drive away at Junction 36.
