"INTRODUCTION Within walking distance of Kendal town centre, this two bedroomed mid terraced cottage has charm and character throughout. Requiring some updating, there is gas central heating and UPVC double glazing and property offers excellent potential. The cosy lounge has a wood burning stove and there is a kitchen to the rear overlooking gardens. To the lower level is a generous shower room and the first floor has two double bedrooms. Close to the green and within a conservation area, rarely do properties in this location become available.
