"INTRODUCTION Located on a corner plot, this three bedroomed end terraced house will appeal to local buyers and enjoys open aspects from most windows. Convenient for village amenities, viewing is essential to appreciate the garden, potential and scope for improvements this property offers 

ACCOMMODATION The large open front garden area leads to a useful storm porch with UPVC double glazed window and into the entrance hallway. Doors lead to the the two reception rooms and there is a radiator and telephone point. A cupboard houses the boiler.

With dual aspect UPVC double glazed windows, the lounge has a light and airy feel and has a gas fire fitted to a wooden surround with shelving and marble style inset. There is television aerial cabling and two radiators. The dining room has two UPVC double glazed windows, one overlooking the rear garden and further to the fell and the other towards the side. There is a built in cupboard and further base and wall units offering additional kitchen storage. There is a double radiator.

The compact Kitchen would benefit from updating and is currently fitted with simple base and wall units with a sink unit and space for a gas cooker. There is plumbing for a washing machine and recess space under the stairs. A door leads to the side garden.

From the first floor landing, there is access to the loft space and a telephone point.

DIRECTIONS From the A591 heading towards The Lakes/Windermere proceed past the petrol station and the outdoor clothing warehouse on the right at Plantation Bridge. Approximately ½ mile beyond take a right into Staveley passing over the level crossing and continue into the village bearing left after the Eagle and Child Pub into Gowan Terrace. Follow the road along and at the junction turn right into Station Road. Take an immediate left into Beck Nook and approx. 250 yds beyond the property is on the right hand side.  

LOCATION Staveley is a popular village approximately 5 miles from Kendal and only a couple of miles from Windermere and the Lakes gateway. The village has excellent transport links having a railway station which services Oxenholme (mainline) and Windermere. It is only a short distance from the Kendal bypass which links to the M6 at Junction 36.
The village has great amenities including pubs, shops, butchers, primary school and the renowned Staveley Millyard. Countryside walks including Kentmere and Reston Scar are on the doorstep
