Situated close to the town centre and within easy walking distance of several amenities, this three storey home provides beautifully presented accommodation that also features a heated cellar room. There are two separate reception rooms, modern fitted kitchen with integrated appliances, ground floor laundry with WC and hand basin, two first floor bedrooms and a bathroom plus two further bedrooms to the second floor. The property has a gas fired central heating system, an enclosed yard to the rear and double glazing to all except the small window over the front door.

This three storey, townhouse style property offers stylishly presented and characterful accommodation that will appeal to many.

The entrance hall has a beautiful, decorative tiled finish to the floor with open access to the central stairwell and doors connecting to the reception rooms.

The smaller room at the front of the property is the perfect dining room that offers a more cosy feel than the more spacious lounge. This dining room has fitted cupboards and drawers to the alcoves to either side of the fireplace which has a modern electric fire fitted.

There is an extractor fan alongside the feature glass block window.

The first floor landing has a second staircase ascending to the upper floor and doors to the bathroom and to the first two bedrooms. The front room is a double room with a built in cupboard over the stairwell and decorative fire surround mounted to the front of the chimney breast. The second bedroom is a single room that has a useful built in cupboard beneath the staircase and a second cupboard alongside the window housing the boiler.

The bathroom has a modern suite in white with chrome coloured fitments including a mixer shower to the mixer taps of the bath. There is also a hand basin, WC and a window that has a tilt and turn function and opaque glazing. In the bathroom, the shower mixer is thermostatically controlled.

The second floor provides two further generous size bedrooms with floor level windows. The front room has a loft hatch and a rear bedroom has a built in cupboard over the staircase.
