ENTRANCE HALL With stairs to first floor, understairs cupboard. LOUNGE 13'0' x 11'0' (3.96m x 3.35m) With feature fireplace, tv point and door leading into: DINING ROOM/KITCHEN 20'0' x 10'0' (6.10m x 3.05m) A modern practical room with attractive feature fireplace, door to the rear and spot lighting. The kitchen is fitted with range of base and wall units in white incorporating electric oven and hob, stainless steel sink and plumbing for a washing machine. LANDING BEDROOM ONE 11'0' x 11'0' (3.35m x 3.35m) With feature fireplace. BEDROOM TWO 10'0' x 10'0' (3.05m x 3.05m) With feature fireplace. BEDROOM THREE 7'0' x 8'0' (2.13m x 2.44m) BATHROOM 9'0' x 5'0' (2.74m x 1.52m) With bath and shower over, wash hand basin and wc. EXTERNALLY To the front there is a two tiered garden area laid with shillies and therefore easy to maintain. A driveway for at least two cars leads to a single garage and at the back of the property is a lawn with a small raised decking area. FACILITES Gas central heating. DIRECTIONS From Main Street proceed up Station Street keeping right at the top, go through the traffic lights and up the hill to the second set of lights. Bear left and proceed along 'The Level' and up the hill and turn right into Henry Street. After approx 150 yds turn left into Dalton Street and no. 25 can be found on the right hand side.
