LOUNGE: with gas fire and television point, dining table, storage cupboard and door to:
KITCHEN: well fitted with a range of base and wall units in oak with 1.5 bowl sink, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Stone flooring and spot lights
BEDROOM 1: double with large storage cupboard housing boiler
BEDROOM 2: single
BATHROOM : with bath and tap connected shower hose and additional shower over, wash basin and w.c.. Spot lighting and laminate flooring EXTERNALLY There is no outside space - there is a right of way only to and from the property

Parking is to the road at the front subject to a parking permit obtainable from the Council on proof of residency FACILITIES Gas central heating DIRECTIONS From Main Street proceed into the Market Place and into St Helens Street. The property is accessed via the wrought iron gates immediately past the Grey Goat Inn. THE RENT The rent is paid on a calendar monthly basis, in advance, and excludes all charges for Services, Council Tax etc. DAMAGE DEPOSIT A deposit will be paid by the tenant, prior to the commencement of the tenancy, equivalent to six weeks rent.
