Location

The property is situated on this popular estate to the west of the city of Carlisle. There is access to local shops, schools, supermarkets and bus routes into Carlisle city centre itself which boasts The Lanes Shopping Centre, cafes, bars, larger shops and the main west coast rail line. Road links in the area include access to the Western Bypass towards Wigton and Kingstown to the north of Carlisle which has large supermarkets and retail parks. There is also access onto the M6 motorway via junction 44.

A spacious four bedroom detached house comprising of an entrance hall, cloakroom with a low level WC and a wall mounted wash hand basin. Double doors from the hallway lead into the lounge which has a gas fire in surround. A door then leads into the dining room which has double glazed French doors leading to the double glazed conservatory which benefits from a central heating radiator and wall lights. To the first floor, there are four bedrooms with the master having an en suite shower room comprising of a corner shower cubicle, low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin and a heated towel rail. There is also a family bathroom having a bath with a shower over, low level WC, pedestal wash hand basin and tiled splashbacks. Outside, there are gardens to the front and rear with the rear having a decked area, lawn and patio. There is also a driveway that leading to an integral garage.
