This three bedroom mid terraced home offers fabulous views over Hammonds Pond from the south facing garden and will be a lovely family home. Extended to the rear to provide a large kitchen, dining and living area, the adaptability of the ground floor space is fabulous.

This is an ideal affordable family home and would be a perfect first time buy.

The property is located in Upperby area of the city, just off Blackwell Road, close to many local amenities including secondary and primary schools, local shops, Hammonds Pond and has easy access to the M6. The property is also on a local bus route and Carlisle Racecourse is also nearby.

To the front of the home is a block paved parking area and low maintenance front garden. In through the front door you enter the hall with stairs to the first floor and a door leading to the front reception room, currently used as a dining room.
