"Located to the north of the river in the ever popular Stanwix area a semi detached family home with good sized gardens. Entrance Vestibule With dado rail. Installed with the bay window. Composite secure door, well insulated & hard wearing plastic outer. chosen to withstand th exposure it gets from the weather. I think there is quite a long warranty on it (but would need to check the details if questioned). The box to the left of the front door is the down pipe for the potential bathroom above. The cable for the internet runs through here. Hallway With radiator. Stairs off to the first floor. Under-stairs cupboard. Dado rail, cornice, stripped wood panel work and banister. Wall at the end of the garden was repaired 3 years ago jointly with neighbour. We had the exterior render repaired and sealed, the a through strip back and paint in Autumn of 20111. All the wood work was totally stripped back as were the corner stones by a professional decorator. it was painted with good quality paint so should be god for a number of years. Included installing new front door, vestibule, windows tot he front of the house (excluding attic), remodelling the sitting room and downstairs hallway. moving radiator into hallway.
