This detached home is located on a small development within the village, offering family sized accommodation, off road parking for 2 cars and a private enclosed garden to relax in. The accommodation has been extended with the addition of a conservatory at the rear. There is also an open plan lounge dining room, kitchen, 2 piece WC, 3 bedrooms 1 en suite and a family bathroom. There is upvc DG, GCH, a garage and no upper chain.

Description

The coastal village of Askam is popular with many buyer s. The sandy beach is a local beauty spot, offering stunning views across the estuary to picturesque mountains and countryside that wrap around the shore. The village centre has a railway station that connects to Barrow and also up the West Coast in the opposite direction. There is also a Co op, bakery, takeaway food restaurant, pub and school.

The property is in a quieter location, situated at the end of a cul de sac on the development. There is an open driveway with space for two cars to park and for access to the detached garage which lies to the rear of the house.

The entrance hall has storage below the staircase and doors to the 2 piece WC, kitchen and the open plan lounge dining room. The lounge is open plan and features a fireplace with inset fire and double doors leading into the conservatory which is double glazed throughout and fitted with an electric convector heater.

The kitchen has wall and base cabinets fitted throughout the room with work surface wrapping round to offer plenty of space for food prep and a small breakfast bar area. The bathroom has a tiled finish to the walls, contrasting the white sanitary ware. There is a hand basin, WC and a panelled bath with shower fitted over.

The private garden is paved over two levels and also offers plenty of seasonal colour.
