LOCATION The property is located at the heart of this small hamlet which is located on the upper edges of the riverside town of Wadebridge. Bodieve is a popular hamlet due to is close proximity to the towns' amenities, which being tucked away in a village community feel. Within a half a mile walk are the primary, infant and secondary school, as well as the leisure centre.
