SITUATION Located in a rural hamlet in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, approximately 6 miles from the towns of Callington and Launceston. The Springer Spaniel public house, garage and bus stop are a mile distant in the village of Treburley. Both towns offer a comprehensive range of facilities, including doctors, dentists and veterinary surgeries, supermarkets, primary and secondary schools.
