"Alpahlets are pleased to offer to let this very well presented three bedroom detached bungalow in desirable Great Horkesley, a peaceful village to the North of Colchester. Located in the heart of the Essex countryside, rolling hills surround the village, which is known for it's good schools, and river side walks.

Comprisng three bedrooms, two are robust doubles, and one is a large single size (currently a Dining Room). Both doubles are good square rooms, and well lit from large double glazed windows. Both benefit from being tastefully decorated in a contemporary style. The third bedroom is a spacious single room.

Recently completely renovated, the living room is a very large square room, designed to be enjoyed all year round, and is a good family space. Openeing out onto the rear garden; the newly carpeted floor is a luxurious feature; a theme which resonates throughout the house. Windows on dual aspects bathe the room in natural light, cultivating a relaxed atmosphere.

The bathroom too has been transformed by the landlord, and includes a bath with overhead shower, sink, WC, and mirrored bathroom cabinet. Clean and clinically presented. Heated towel rail is great!
