"The house itself has been superbly maintained by the current owner and offers generous and light filled accommodation throughout. In brief the accommodation comprises three reception rooms on the ground floor with a wonderfully bright kitchen/diner with fabulous breakfast bar/island, overlooking the rear garden. There is a well appointed utility room just off the kitchen with a door to the rear of the double garage and a second staircase leading up to a fabulous room/bedroom 5 with shower room(currently used as a dance studio/gym) which could be perfect for an au-pair, guest suite or teenage den. The first floor boasts a beautiful master bedroom with dressing area and en-suite. The second bedroom has a great walk in dressing room and there are two further bedrooms and a family bathroom.

Situation
Woodend Park is ideally located for easy access to the many private schools of Cobham, Esher and Oxshott in particular the ACS International School, Reeds, Notre Dame, Danes Hill and Claremont Fan Court. The house is situated at the end of a sought after cul-de-sac which is midway between the High Street and train station. Cobham High Street offers a Waitrose, a variety of boutiques, cafes, a delicatessen and a wide selection of restaurants. For the commuter there are excellent links to London and the South both by road (A3 and M25) and train with Cobham and Stoke d'Abernon railway station providing a mainline service in to London Waterloo in around 35 minutes.
