"Situated on a quiet residential street in Clifton, this impressive split level garden maisonette has historical period features, character and style in abundance.

The building was originally built in the 1820's in an elegant late Georgian / Regency style and then extended further, approx 50 years later in the Victorian era, giving a more ornate feel to the interior.

There is a gated entrance from the street leading through a lobby to the front door and into grand communal entrance hall on the ground floor with a marble fireplace and storage cupboard, into the central hallway of the apartment itself, off which the principle entertaining and living spaces can be found. The bespoke, hand-made, Franch kitchen by Fired Earth has beautiful hard wood floor boards, a huge picture window with working shutters, Victorian sash and one of the most wonderfully designed ceiling mouldings I have seen. To the rear is a cosy sitting room with picture and dado rails and a working fire place. The grand reception room, which is currently used as a ballet studio, has the most picturesque bay window looking out to the rear garden, flooding the room with light, and a very individual onyx fireplace. Finally on the ground floor there is a bathroom / utility room with Belfast sink.

Downstairs to the lower floor can be found the large master bedroom with en-suite wet room with shower, and plenty of space for fitted wardrobes. Walking through the guest bedroom into a further large double bedroom that looks out onto the rear garden and is currently used as a home office / study. There is also a small single bedroom, a family bathroom, laundry room and storage cellar, as well as under stairs storage cupboards.

Situation
Wetherell Place is a quiet and secluded road in Clifton within reach of an array of desirable shops, bars, restaurants and the wider amenities of Clifton Village, Park Street and Whiteladies Road.
