""We feel so grateful to have called Washington Avenue home for the past 5 years. We love our neighbours, many of which are now friends for life. The house itself is cosy and characterful we ve enjoyed adding our own touch since moving in, bringing colour into every room and fully renovating the kitchen and bathroom. In the summer, our garden is a total sun trap, perfect for a mid morning coffee on the warm terrace from early spring to autumn."

Washington Avenue is a pretty Victorian terraced street offering a particularly tranquil spot within this vibrant residential area of the city. Easton is renowned for its distinctive character and community spirit, and boasts a host of local amenities, attractions and community events that draw many visitors from outside the area.
