"Located in the heart of Totterdown, this gorgeous Victorian terrace on Hill Street would make an excellent purchase for a buyer looking in a highly popular neighbourhood!

Overview

Beautifully finished and filled with natural light, there are generous proportions throughout this Victorian terrace. On the ground floor, off the entrance hallway is the living room and the kitchen dining space. The living room at the front has a bay window, log burner, original floorboards, and other details that bring the period charm. There is also access to a large storage cupboard under the stairs.

The kitchen diner is bright and feels spacious with the kitchen area itself benefiting from an extension. With ample cupboard and counter space, some integrated appliances such as a fridge freezer, there is also a dishwasher. The dining area has space for a good sized table, the patio doors allow light to pour into the room.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The main bedroom is generous, spanning the width of the front of the house. Again filled with light, there is also a cupboard over the stairs providing a storage space that allows for less furniture in the bedroom itself. The second bedroom has retained its sash window and, due to it having space for a double bed, can work perfectly for a little one, as an occasional guest bedroom, or as a home office.

Completing the property is a spacious bathroom that has been stylishly finished with a period style suite that fits the house perfectly and a large walk in shower.

Outside

The rear garden is a lovely space that really comes into its own through the spring and summer months! Largely low maintenance yet full of life with plants filling the borders around the patio, there is a small terrace like space linking the two doors out to the garden. A larger patio area, found up a couple of steps, is perfect for hosting a few friends for summer BBQs!
There is a small garden at the front to make use off which helps provide some separation from the street.

Location

Just a few minutes walk from Victoria Park and the with the amenities of Totterdown within east reach, this house is very well placed and in a friendly area with a close community. There are multiple pubs including the Oxford close by, as well as Windmill Hill City Farm and central Bristol s hotspots. St. Nicholas Market 1.1 miles , Wapping Wharf 1.1 miles and Finzels Reach 1.1 miles are an easy walk away while commuters and those working in around the city centre are also looked after.
