"Sandling Avenue is a popular road located between Gloucester Road and Filton Avenue in Horfield. The amenities of Gloucester Road and Filton Avenue with their independent shops, bars and restaurants are all within striking distance as well as Horfield Leisure Centre and the Common. This mid-terraced property is set back from the road and accessed via a gate and pathway leading to the front door. The front door opens into an inviting hallway with room to hang coats and store shoes. The lounge/diner has an archway through the middle which gives flexibility to either separate or open up the space as any buyer wishes. The kitchen is modern and has good storage with an extra space used as a pantry. Patio doors from the dining area open onto the pretty rear garden where there is a patio area and lawn with a pond in the rear corner.
