""I have loved living here in Bartholomews Square, its so convenient for walking to working at Southmead Hospital, no worries about parking! Being able to wander up and down Gloucester Road, with its amazing shops, pubs, restaurants and bus service. Having a small garden, with a reading nook, that is visited by numerous birds was a life saver during the pandemic."

Bartholomews Square is a modern development largely completed in 2004, situated just off Gloucester Road, opposite Horfield Leisure Centre. Residents benefit from its proximity to many highly regarded independent shops, caf s and pubs. The Inn on the Green, Crafty Cow, The Drapers Arms micropub and the Bath Ales Pub, The Wellington, offer locals a good atmosphere and choice of food and drink. For sports fans both The Memorial Stadium and The County Cricket Ground are within walking distance. The area benefits hugely from its proximity to major areas of employment, such as Southmead Hospital, Airbus and Rolls Royce.
