Also excellent local shops (in addition to it?s close proximity to Whiteladies Road) We have done extensive work on the property including completely remodelling internally, new boiler, gas fire, oven, new flooring, boxing-in, shelving, new front door/ frame, damp course (hall); all within the last 3 years. We love living here ? it?s a great area and a fantastic building. We?ve put a lot of work and love into the flat and really enjoy it. There is potential for development in the garden space outside the window.?
