We have a fantastic 2 bedroom property in the LUSH area of St George!!! 

St George is a small suburb set just east of the city centre off Church Road. 

This area is becoming more popular with young professionals. It lies adjacent to Redfield and Easton, both areas favoured by trendy young professional and creative people. 

The area is well-placed for walking into the city centre; being about 20- 25 minutes, perfect for those professionals working in the city. 

The closest rail station is Lawrence which connects to the City Centre in minutes and towards Clifton in the other direction. Church Road is a major artery road out of the city and thus carries many regular bus routes throughout the day. 

There are also many more trendy retailers opening up such as cafes, a health food store, and local pubs are having an overhaul. St George Park is close by which is a beautiful and peaceful spot for walking, sports or relaxing.
