A surprisingly spacious two bedroom home ideally situated within walking distance of the ever popular North Street with its eclectic mix of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars as well as local schools. This property would make a perfect first home or investment property.

Upon arrival at the house steps from the pavement lead to the front door of the property.

Step through the front door and you are greeted by the hallway, from here doors lead to the lounge and dining room and a flight of stairs rises to the first floor.

The lounge is located at the front of the house and is a well proportioned principal reception room, with a bay window allowing an outlook to the front, there is also a feature fireplace.

Head back into the hallway and past the stairwell and you enter the dining room. The dining room is a generous size with a useful storage cupboard located under the stairs, there is also a feature fireplace, a window to the rear and a doorway leading to the kitchen.
