""This has been the perfect first home, giving us a real sense of community while staying connected to the city. We have loved becoming close friends with our neighbours and using the park throughout the year for tennis, barbecues, or even just a bit of fresh air on a quick lunchtime stroll. We will miss lazy evenings playing pool and board games in the Red Lion or the George and Dragon, followed by leisurely breakfasts on Church Road. We have also enjoyed exploring the local area, finding mountain bike trails in Hanham Woods and kayaking up and down the River Avon from Hanham Lock.

Altringham Road is situated in Whitehall, in the East of the city, and leads directly into St George s Park. One of the city s most popular green spaces, St George s is a large park with a beautiful Victorian lake, tennis courts, caf , children s play park and skate park. The park connects Altringham Road to the charming Church Road, providing residents with a leisurely stroll to a range of independent pubs, cafes and shops, such as the Bristol Loaf Bakery and Red Church pub, along with Aldi and Tesco supermarkets. Slightly further afield to the East, the Troopers Hill Nature Reserve offers beautiful views across the River Avon amidst a slice of St George s industrial heritage, while to the West, Old Market offers more shops, cafes and buzzing nightlife right at the edge of the city centre. Heading out in the other direction across Whitehall Road, the Bristol and Bath Railway Path is a few minutes away, providing traffic free walking and cycling into the centre of either city. Across the cycle path is Easton with even more pubs, cafes, and the brilliant St Mark s Road with the delicious Thali restaurant, and Sweetmart for groceries and any spice you can think of. Beyond that is the big green space of Eastville Park and Snuff mills for a tree lined river walk. There are several well regarded schools in the area, meaning this is a popular area with families. For commuters, the area is a short journey into Bristol City Centre by bus, bike or car, whilst also being just a short drive from Bath and the motorway networks as well. From this side of the City Centre, Bristol Temple Meads is just a short journey away.

This lovely period two bedroom mid terrace home is well presented throughout, with stylish d cor that strikes a great balance between modern and cosy. At the front, there s a separate sitting room with a characterful feature fireplace, while the spacious kitchen diner at the back opens straight out onto the garden, perfect for everyday living or having friends over. Upstairs, you ll find two good sized double bedrooms and a sleek, newly fitted bathroom. Outside, the rear garden offers plenty of space with a patio area, lawn, and a handy storage unit at the end. The house is completely move in ready and would make a fantastic first home in one of Bristol s most vibrant and sought after areas.
