CIRENCESTER This charming market town can trace its origins back to Roman times. The town today boasts extensive shopping facilities, several schools in addition to the renowned Royal Agricultural University, a beautiful Parish Church and numerous leisure facilities. Situated towards the south of the Cotswold district. Cirencester is ideally located for access to the M4 (c. 18 miles) and M5 (c. 15 miles) motorways and for mainline rail services from either Kemble or Swindon (London, Paddington c. 55 mins.). THE PROPERTY Number 5 Albion Street is a traditional Cotswold stone house located in one of the most sought after streets in Cirencester and having been extended over the years, now offers well proportioned accommodation over three floors.
