"This former Coach House to Mickleton Manor, is a beautifully appointed Georgian building of ashlar limestone construction under a Cotswold tile roof. Listed Grade II, the property has many fine features considered to be of historical and architectural importance. Converted in the 1980's the property has been refurbished subsequently, and provides charming, well-presented 4 bedroom accommodation full of character features to include: exposed stone work, stripped antique pine doors, mullion windows and a superb dining kitchen complete with a flagstone floor, log burner and two oven gas fired Aga. The accommodation is well-planned, flows exceptionally well and offers versatility with a ground floor bedroom suite situated away from the main first floor bedrooms. The two reception rooms are both of generous proportions, and the sitting room has the benefit of an open fireplace and French doors which lead to a sun terrace with electric awning.
