"Presenting an increasingly rare opportunity, this detached home constructed in the 1930s comes to the market for the first time in nearly fifty years. It stands in good sized gardens within a premier residential area of Wilmslow. Few updating works have been effected at the property over the years and hence a complete refurbishment is now required, or alternatively there is huge potential to redevelop the site with a more contemporary dwelling, subject to requisite consent.

At present the house offers four bedroomed accommodation set out on two floors, with the principal rooms all being of good proportion. The gardens and plot are an undoubtable attraction extending to just under 1,200m2 and being approximately rectangular in shape, with a frontage to Torkington Road of 27m.
