"A charming and spacious detached cottage sitting within the picturesque parkland surrounding Marbury Hall. Marbury is a small village situated just 3 miles from Whitchurch and 7 Miles from the Historical town of Nantwich, making the property ideal for daily commuting to Chester, Crewe & Nantwich, Manchester & North Wales. Nearby there are 300 acres of woodlands and grounds perfect for cycling or enjoying long country walks. In the centre of Marbury Village lies The Swan Public House - an old English farmhouse pub licensed as far back as the 1750's and featuring in 'The Good Pub Guide' of 2008 and 2009. The cottage is spacious, light and airy, and has been recently, partially redecorated. It is approached along a long private driveway for Marbury Park and also provides an opportunity for those with equine interests, with on-site stabling and paddock for up to 4 horses which is available by further negotiation. All other pets may be considered. Ground Floor Entrance Hall The property opens into the spacious entrance hall with carpeted flooring and turning stairs to the first floor. An opening to a small inner hallway leads through to a WC and a further door to the office/playroom.
