"A superb two double bedroom detached bungalow sat on a fabulous sized plot and in need of updating yet providing fantastic potential.

Although our floorplans give a good indication as to the size and shape of the property, viewing it in person always helps add an extra dimension.

Mostyn Road is located in one of Hazel Grove`s most sought after locations not far from Bramhall.

Having entered the property you are met with the entrance hallway with two double bedrooms being found off to your right hand side with the master bedroom having sliding patio doors leading outside. A shower room can be found at the head of the hallway with a three piece suite consisting of a walk in shower cubicle, wc and sink as well as an airing cupboard.
