"A deceptive and extended two bedroom semi detached property which would be ideal for a first time buyer or buy to let investor.

Although our floorplans give a good indication as to the size and shape of the property, viewing it in person always helps add an extra dimension.

Hazel Street is located in a highly sought after area located not far from the centre.

Having entered the property you are met with the entrance area and through here is the first of two reception rooms which is currently being used as the dining room. Stairs leading upto the first floor separate this room from the living room which has a feature log burner as well as storage space located underneath the stairs.
