"A superb three bedroom extended semi detached home located in a quiet cul-de-sac position.

Although our floorplans give a good indication as to the size and shape of the property, viewing it in person always helps add an extra dimension.

Alderley Close is a quiet cul-de-sac located off Knowsley Road in the highly sought after Norbury Hall Primary School catchment area.

Having entered the property you are met with the entrance hallway which has stairs leading upto the first floor as well as storage space found underneath them. Accessed from the hallway is the living room, which has been bi fold doors which open up into the kitchen area giving the opportunity to create a nice open feel.
