"This well-presented family home is situated on the exclusive Oaks development in Davenham, Northwich. There is a lounge, open-plan kitchen-dining room fitted to a high standard and benefitting from patio doors that lead to the rear garden, utility area, downstairs cloakroom, master bedroom with en-suite shower room and fitted wardrobes, two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Externally there are gardens to the front and rear and a driveway providing off road parking. Pets may be considered, please enquire with the office. Davenham is ideally located for those commuting to Manchester, Liverpool or Chester with the centre of Northwich and its many amenities (including its train station) only a short distance away. Davenham is tranquil with a great community spirit, hosting a few local shops and quality public houses. The nearby schools and colleges are some of the best in the area and are easily accessible by public transport.
