"This well-presented home is located in the semi-rural village of Moulton, within easy reach of local amenities. The property has front and rear gardens, single garage and driveway parking. The village of Moulton is located a few miles south of Northwich town centre and provides access to a variety of countryside walks, including footpaths leading to Vale Royal Abbey and Locks. The property has gas central heating and is double glazed throughout. Pets welcome. Ground Floor Entrance Hall The front of the property has been extended to create a large entrance hall, which is accessed via a double glazed door with stained glass window. The hall has laminate flooring, doors to the lounge, kitchen-diner and stairs to the first floor. Lounge (14'0" x 12'0") Overlooking the front aspect, the lounge has carpeted flooring and an electric fireplace. Kitchen-diner (18'0" x 8'9") The fitted kitchen has white units and contrasting wooden worktops with Belfast sink inset.
