"This unfurnished detached property has been extended and is situated on a quiet-cul-de-sac in popular Wincham village, just 6 miles from Knutsford and 4 miles from Northwich. Wincham has local shops and schools and is ideally situated for commuting to Manchester, Chester and Warrington. There are two reception rooms and a modern kitchen with appliances, three double bedrooms, a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower cubicle, parking, garage and gardens. Pets considered, please contact the office to discuss . Ground Floor Entrance Hall The entrance hall has neutral decor and a carpeted floor. There is a door through to the lounge. Lounge The large lounge has neutral decor and carpeted flooring, stairs rise to the first floor accommodation and there is an opening through to the dining room. Dining Room There is a separate dining room with a large storage cupboard and patio doors to the garden.
