LOCATION AND AMENITIES Nantwich is within immediate walking distance offering excellent day-to-day facilities with various brand named stores and renowned local retailers. Crewe is 4 miles distance with intercity railway network system and the M6 (junction 16) is 8 miles.
Recreational facilities are available at Brookfield Park and some pleasant walks around the River Weaver loop, leading to Shrewbridge Lake.
DESCRIPTION The property is of brick construction under a tiled roof, having been built to a particularly high specification, occupying an ideal position being minutes walk from Nantwich town centre.
