This detached family home was constructed in the 1850s to attractive brick elevations under a pitched tiled roof. It has number of highly desirable character features on offer that one might expect with a property built in this era. Internally your attention will be drawn to the excellent room dimensions. The accommodation within offers a flexible and versatile layout, there is the scope on offer to re configure the accommodation to suit your specific requirements. In brief the accommodation comprises:- large entrance hall, drawing room with fireplace, family home, dining room, spacious breakfast kitchen and a further kitchen. In addition there is a utility room and two WCs. Access to the first floor is provided via two separate staircases giving access to two landings, it is split evenly with four bedrooms on each.
