"Situated close to the village this generous detached property is located within a quiet, generous plot offering deceptive proportions throughout with a southerly aspect to the rear.

Internally the property is superbly appointed with generous rooms and excellent light transition. On entering the property one is immediately taken by the generous hall with galleried landing and doors leading off. The sitting room has a dual aspect and a glorious vista over the mature rear gardens whilst double doors lead through to what originally was the dining room but is used as a family room by our clients. The breakfast kitchen offers a comprehensive range of storage and work surface space ideal for those with a culinary penchant. This section of the house will undoubtedly be the hub of the home, ideal to dine informally in, a superb space to enjoy time with friends or simply a coffee and the paper. Off the kitchen is a utility room and access to the double garage which has remotely operated up and over door.

The lower ground floor offers fantastic opportunity and a diverse range of uses. There are two reception rooms off a broad hall, the family room is a good size and a cosy room to enjoy a quiet moment. The playroom/lounge is a generous room and offers not only variety in its layout but its usage too. There is also an additional good sized room to the lower ground floor which could be an office or store room. Originally it was designed to house a sauna and this floor would certainly lend itself to a leisure area if required.

The first floor is superb. A large galleried landing with reading area gives way to a master bedroom with dressing area and opulent en-suite. The guest bedroom is a large room with ample space for furniture and an en-suite shower room whilst bedrooms three and four are double rooms and the fifth bedroom is a large single room. The family bathroom is well appointed with four piece suite.
