"Lyme Avenue is a well regarded residential area on the outskirts of Macclesfield and comprises a mixture of semi-detached and detached family homes. This three bedroom, semi detached property has been fitted with uPVC double glazing and a Vaillant gas fired central heating boiler. In brief, the accommodation comprises :- entrance porch, entrance hall, living/dining room, conservatory with underfloor heating and kitchen with utility area, whilst the first floor landing gives way to three bedrooms and a family bathroom with separate shower cubicle.
