Linked with a lovely position, open views to the front and rear, a private garden and a nearby private garage and off road parking area, it is a superb prospect.

It occupies an enviable position within the rural village of Kerridge, situated on the westerly side of Oak Lane, standing elevated and set back from the road with an expansive view over the Cheshire Plain to the rear.
