DIRECTIONS
To approach the property proceed out of Frodsham along the A56 (Chester Road) in a Westerly direction. Continue past Helsby High School and then the parade of shops. Once past the parade of shops turn left onto Robin Hood Lane and follow this road around to the right. After a short distance turn left and turn onto The Rock. Sandy Lane is your first turning on the left and the property will be found on your right hand side.
