"This is a superb, versatile detached home built to a dormer style that offers flexible accommodation arranged on two floors. The ground floor features a spacious 25`3" (7.70m) through living room with a conservatory added to the rear. There is a large kitchen overlooking the rear garden, and a separate dining room which could also be used as a fourth bedroom or study. There are three bedrooms and a spacious bathroom at first floor level, two of the bedrooms having the benefit of fitted wardrobes.

The house occupies a lovely position towards the end of this quiet cul de sac, and has lovely views to the rear over fields and farmland.
